Intillift system. Which is 2 springs which are by the weight stack and it works with ur strength curve, so you get to speed strength power gains while remaining injury free and causing more muscle activation. When you are in your strong position, the springs are extended giving you that load that you need, and when you are in your more vulnerable spot, the release happens there, so you’re not sort of engaged in those vulnerable bits, which makes a big difference so you can train aggressively without that worry.
