Intillift system. Which is 2 springs which are by the weight stack and it works with ur strength curve, so you get to speed strength power gains while remaining injury free and causing more muscle activation. When you are in your strong position, the springs are extended giving you that load that you need, and when you are in your more vulnerable spot, the release happens there, so you’re not sort of engaged in those vulnerable bits, which makes a big difference so you can train aggressively without that worry.
Our proprietary spring enhanced weight stack system provides progressive resistance throughout the concentric range of motion and allows for explosive movement and speed training without compromising the stability of the weight stack.
